SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the SMS messaging program offered by G6 Performance Sacramento (“G6,” “we,” “our”). By opting in, you agree to the provisions below.
Consent
Your opt-in to receive SMS messages is obtained through a consent checkbox on our website intake form. The checkbox is not pre-checked and requires your affirmative action.
Data Use
Your phone number and SMS consent information will only be used to send you messages related to G6 Performance services.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you reply STOP, you will not receive additional SMS messages from G6 Performance unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

Opt-In Confirmation

By opting in to receive SMS messages from G6 Performance, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
Carrier & Delivery
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability. G6 Performance is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers support all message types.
